Tachalo is a personal habit tracker for daily and weekly habits, with reminders based on habit consistency. This policy explains what information Tachalo collects, how it is used, and how users can request deletion.

When you sign in, Tachalo may collect account information such as your email address, name, profile image, and Google account identifier. Tachalo also stores the habits, habit-based reminders, completion history, skipped days, weekly checks, settings, and optional profile details such as gender and age range that you choose to enter.

Tachalo may process technical information such as session cookies, device/browser details, IP address, and server logs to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service.

Tachalo uses Google Sign-In only to authenticate your account and connect your Tachalo data to you. Tachalo does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or other Google product content.

Tachalo does not sell Google user data and does not use Google user data for advertising.

Tachalo uses collected information to provide account access, sync habit tracking data, show progress and stats, maintain security, prevent abuse, and respond to support or privacy requests.

Tachalo may use service providers for hosting, database storage, authentication, analytics, error monitoring, and infrastructure operations. Tachalo may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Tachalo uses an HttpOnly session cookie to keep signed-in users authenticated. The cookie is used for account security and app functionality.

Tachalo keeps account, habit, reminder, and tracking data while your account is active or as needed to operate the service. You can request deletion of your account data by following the instructions on the Data Deletion page.

Tachalo is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact Tachalo so the data can be removed.
